When the work load is too heavy, most of the time we forget to take our meal. And then when we come to realize how hungry has the stomach become, we tend to take some snacks and junk foods which is the most available thing around at that moment. But this is not a good thing to do at all. If our day is filled with stress, we must not turn to fast food; instead, we should look for lean protein, fiber filled foods, healthy fats which will fuel the rest of our day. Though we all do it, but it is not a good practice to miss the lunch regularly rather we should be careful about it as lunch helps us re-energize our body and brain.  And of course, drinking enough water daily is a must to keep our body fit and healthy
